I received 20 oil rubbed bronze door stops with white tips, which is not pictured. The quote oil rubbed bronze color of the spring was also terrible, I had to hold it up with my previous ugly brass springs. The color is so light and insignificant, it looked like brass. These items are nothing as pictured, which shows them on the darker side, I.e. venetian bronze. After requesting a return I was sent a return address without the postage paid.
