Did not open the boxes until a few days ago only to find both of them defective in different ways. It was too much of a hassle to send back but I did write the seller to let them know what happened. I did not request anything. Today (a few days later), I received 2 new bulbs in the mail. Thank you very much for your honesty and integrity (SATURN PRODUCTS via Amazon.com).
